Copernicus Apartments
are located in a prestigious location - right in the heart of Wieliczka, on ul. Kopernika, adjacent to Rynek Górny, which is undoubtedly one of the gems of our picturesque and charming town. At the same time, it is a quiet spot, in a very well looked after area.

The convenient location provides easy access to urban amenities and is in an excellent place in terms of public transport access.

It is just a mere 7 minute walk away to the nearest bus stop, with buses departing to Kraków, not more than a 10 minute walk to the train station which is on the Rynek-Kopalnia - Kraków Główny - Kraków Airport (Balice) line. Furthermore, the town is within easy access to provincial trunk roads. For local destinations as well as those a little bit further afield, there is no shortage of minibus lines.

Copernicus Apartments are in direct vicinity of Przychodzcy Palace as well as the renovated town houses on Rynek Górny, which is home to Poland's largest 3D painting.

Our architects did their best to create a modern apartment block, in perfect harmony with the surrounding historic architecture. And thus, a residential and commercial building was developed, which fits it neatly with the west frontage of ul. Kopernika in Wieliczka.

From the north and south it is flush with the building walls on neighbouring plots, and as such constitutes a tight "infill building".

Copernicus Apartments are a cosy, four storey property, which houses eight, fully functional and comfortable apartments of different sizes and layouts.

The ground floor comprises a commercial property with its own auxiliary floor space, boasting a usable area of more than 86 sq. m. accessible from ul. Kopernika, a vehicular passage for cars as well as the entry doors with internal communication.

On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd (loft) floors the designers envisioned spacious residential units, with communal access and functional storage rooms. The building features a modern lift, adapted to the needs of the disabled.

The apartments were developed with great emphasis of aesthetics and functionality, so that they reflect the modern tastes of their residents. Units between 27 and 62 sq. m. are available, with access to balconies and terraces, further bolstering their allure.

The apartments, depending on size include: entrance halls, bathroom, living room with an open plan kitchen, bedrooms and walk in wardrobes. Additionally, there is a separate storage room assigned to each residential unit.

The varied and meticulously though out concept means everyone will find something to suit their needs: 1, 2 and 3 room apartments are available.

The attractive and prestigious location, right in the centre of Wieliczka facilitates access to its wide range of cultural, historic, sports and recreation facilities.
